What Our Guests Say

Had a lovely stay here while visiting Bruges! The woman at the reception (can’t remember her name but she was from Turin, Italy) was so friendly and she made us feel very welcomed.<br>We were able to leave our luggage both at check in and check out which was handy. The room was good with a great shower and bed with a cute view of the street. The breakfast was good with a selection of breads/pastries, spreads, cheese and meats, vegetables, fruit, and cereals. All in all it was a great stay and would definitely visit again.

Really amazing. Quirky decor. Good rooms. Great breakfast. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Parking space a great extra. Can't fault it. Love Bruges!!

The hotel is very well located to the Grand Place about 5 or 10 minutes by walking. Really good customer service

Some of the reviews I read were a bit critical of the rooms, but I must say the rooms were very lovely, with a rustic feel, but still quite up to date, and our bathroom looked newly renovated. The hotel was situated at the edge of the busy city centre. In 3 minutes you could be on the big market square. We parked about 20 minutes from the hotel at a free P+R, just outside of the inner city. However, I do know there is an option to park close to the hotel if preferred. The hotel is on a quiet road so a quick stop to load and unload was possible

We had an amazing stay here during our first time in Brugge. The location is absolutely perfect, close to the city centre and all the main tourist attractions (i.e. chocolate museum). We were travelling with kids and had a great room for the 4 of us. The room looked newly renovated and was really clean. Breakfast, parking facilities and service were good as well. We got quite some good tips for dinner reservations.
